well i got may hands on a 1997 cobra for 5k but idk that cars is f_ing fast

i have a 98 with all bolt ons(headers,cold air intake,pulleys,jba headers ,x pipe etc.) and its just ok maybe 290rwhp. But get some weight off and build the cars suspension(mine has MM lower control arms,springs,shocks,changed some bushing etc.) and it would be bad a$$ Go coil overs and the car would be really good and lots of fun to drive

My 98 has 50k miles and is a garage queen. have been looking at a few fox bodys that have 5 lug conversion and some other good starts for $2500-$4000. The 5.0 is much easier to get parts cheap and work on.

They are all junk " the fox bodies" I cant find one that is not beat to death.
I am now looking at 99 gts

What class are you going to be in? AI? CMC? ST1? TT?

Pick the car that gives you the best advantage in that particular class. In some cases a 4cyl SVO could be very competative.

i dont know but there is alot of foxes in the memphis area and in fla if you want me to put my ear to the ground i might be able to locate you a good car in the ten ark miss area just a thought ajcates
