I have a few runs left for the last day, here are a few pics. It was some much fun. It was my 1st time at a real track. I prepped my 03 cobra for the weekend, and so far its been awesome. brakes with dtc hawks , 888r toyos are great tires miles above any great street tire, coil overs all the way around, 460 rwhp. this is a shot of me doing 140 mph on the oval. It really opens my eyes to how bad of a driver I was, even when I thought I was a bad a$$.By the 6th run starting at the back of hpde1 I was mid pack passing hpde 2 guys. And a few where my buddies. My instructor is a mazda guy and is really good. He took me for a ride,and I know have a new found respect for those cars. He drove mine and it was crazy how fast my car really is 03-04 cobras are bad machines! My buddy screwed up his engine in his 94 gt so I let him drive my 94 gt. I paid $1800 for it put,headers,TB,cai,4.10s,03 cobra front end,bilstien hds , ford racing springs, lower rear control arms, hawk blue and SS lines. otherwise stock. It has 200k miles on it and it has held up. On the oval he hits 120 mph at 5500 rpm. LOL ( hes in the white 94 gt)
