Default Spec help on my final installs

Guys, I'm getting very close now to having this thing back on the road and have a couple more questions to make sure I do it right the first time.

My block is at the shop now having the final prep done before the assembly. It's the 347 stroker in a Mexican 302 block. Will have the Kenny Bell 9 to 12 lbs charger so we assuming about 500RWHP (fingers crossed)

My question is since the car has set for soo long I have to replace the brakes (rusted BAD) and wanted some suggestions. Which set do you recommend for my 95 for road racing?

I was reading about the tranny in another thread here and guess that the best bet is probably the 3550TKO ??

After that I will probably need to replace the rear end and was considering a whole new axle what is the recommend suggestions here? Keeping in mind this is also a street machine. Should I install a 9" with 31spline axels etc..?? What is the opinion on cooling for the diff?

Thanks that should get me started

This is the company I'm going with . cheaper than a tremec and handles more torque . They take your t5 and revise it . they claim it will hold 600 ft lbs :O

The problem with a Gforce is that they still use a T5 case which is prone to flex and breakage.

The only thing I have ever seen break on a t5 is the syncros and the input shatf/counter cluster shaft . I have never seen a t5 case break . I'm not saying that it can not happen . I'm just saying I've yet to see one . And the t5 is lighter than a tremmec tko and you dont have to buy a new bell housing/ shifter/ tranny mount/ or modify the driveshaft .

For brake bigger is beter. Bear, Wilwood, Brembo and
upgraged cobra-R are all good. I say minimum 13" front. 14" if you can aford them. I would check around for the type of brake pads to get. Different compounds do different things under load/contitions.

An 9" is not that much stronger than a wel built 8.8. I say keep it. Go with the 9" if you plan on doing a lot of gear canges.

Axle cooling is easy. get and aftermarker diff. cover with the bearing pre-load caps. The ones made out of cast aluminum have a fill port and a drain port. Hook up a pump to the drain port to pull diff oil from there to a small oil cooler and have it return via the fill port

Looks like the Mad Max interseptor and weighs about 1800lbs w/o motor (450hp 351w installed to move the car around)
Black, 82 Capri RS 5.0L, B303, 1.7 rockers, World 180 heads, +150hp N.O.S, Turbo coupe rear end, T-56(tremec tko would be beter), 80 cobra nose
