I used to build bike frames from aluminum and 4130 crmo
They were bmx racing and jumping frames, but i know what you are talking about. Personallyu i would shy from this company b/c of there lack of expertise in this field. The idea is good, but it is the execution that i fear. Crmo is a hard metal to work with. If heated too hot during welding it loses some of its strength ad will bend very easily. I would go with MM if i had it to do over. ( i went with HAL) no problems, i just know mm is very competant. |
