Default Anyone about UPR products?

This company mostly sells billet pieces for interior enhancement...but they have chrome-moly K-members and front/rear control arms. Now chrome-moly is strong and light. Any thoughts on this??

sounds ok.. but what is their price? if its really cheap you'd have to expect that kind of quality... if its like a $50 difference from a name brand, id say go with the one thats been tested. I personally will not put my engine/front end in danger just to save money. I could just be paranoid and they could be excellent, but i would do massive research on them first by un-biased individuals. sometimes $400 is worth it...
Not to nag just dont want to see ya get ... how can i put it... analy violated?

Money is not so much the issue...I really want to know if that chrome-moly piece is inferior to the 'proven' pieces...such as the Maximum Motorsports/Griggs. From my past experience with Bmx frames and even newer mountain bike frames that were chromemoly...they were strong and light as hell. But bikes and cars are not the same.

Hey matt you are into bikes?

I used to build bike frames from aluminum and 4130 crmo
They were bmx racing and jumping frames, but i know what you are talking about. Personallyu i would shy from this company b/c of there lack of expertise in this field. The idea is good, but it is the execution that i fear. Crmo is a hard metal to work with. If heated too hot during welding it loses some of its strength ad will bend very easily. I would go with MM if i had it to do over. ( i went with HAL) no problems, i just know mm is very competant.
