Question newbie lowering question

I wanna lower my 2000 V6. I am wondering whether I can replace the springs only and use the stock structs.

I had a Probe before. They recommend to replace the structs when put on the lowering springs.

So, not sure how Stangs go about it. Anyone can give me an answer? Thanks.

You just need the springs . Eibach springs are pretty good . Thats what I have .

Most springs manufactures are all the same and pretty much charge the same price. I've used kenny brown springs, but the essentally look just like the ones out of FRPP.
