Exclamation Urethane or polygraphite bushings?

The bushings on my rag top are well worn and require a complete new set. The question I have is which type of bushing to use. Is urethane superior to polygraphite? Which company would you suggest I go to? Any responses would be a great help.

Poly are less prone to noise, they use graphite in their urethane mix to reduce squeaks, it acts as a lubricant.

In that case, would'nt the bushings wear out quicker? If the graphite is in the urethane, the bushing surface will have to be sheared off to provide lubricant. I'd like the new bushings that I put in to last as long or longer than the originals. If wear is comparable between the 2, I would go with the least maintenance of them. Any comments on wear?

no its added as part of the molding process when formin the bushings. its like ball bearings being impregnated with graphite. dont ask how...lol. "i know the recipe but im not the chef."

Polygraphite bushings may not last too long, it really depends how much graphite is in the mixture.
