A couple hundred dollars tops should do both.

I ordered weld-in subframe connectors and aluminum rear upper and lower control arms from steeda. I asked the steeda guy how much he thought they would cost for the install and he said probably about $350-450. I'm getting them installed this week (hopefully), so I'll let you know how much they end up...

man, I've been trying to reply to this for a couple days... I think the board was screwed up. Anyway, the price for mine from the dealer was $350 (100 for the subframes and 250 for the control arms). Kind of expensive, but well worth it. I'm sure you could probably find a better deal than that if you go somwhere besides the Ford dealer. Good luck...

much better. I can tell a big difference. But, since I had them put on all at the same time, I can't tell which is the better part (subframe connectors or control arms). The rear-end, really really seems planted, and doesn't bounce or shake as much. The car doesnt "move" or "jerk" as much when you really speed up or slow down. It also corners much better. All in all, it feels alot more solid and stable, and I can take corners faster. Definately a good mod I was happy with steeda's quality too, they included all the little parts, and even some lube...
