ok here my new problem, im in my build, and im hangon on a tranny decision, i was going to put the Astroperformance Gear set in my T5, but looking at prices and torque capabilities i dont know if itll hold, the engine will be a boss based 347 with a bennet racing 347 stroker kit AFR 205cc race head with a parker funnel web on top, the dyno sims, and people ive talked to swear up and down that ill make more the 500tq which will be cool, but looking at specs that could snap a G-force T5 how many of you think i should go with a TKO-600, the cars gonna be a streetable race car with full MM suspension, thanks yall

If you have not decided with the tranny yet go for the tko 600 with the ''road race'' fifth gear ratio for sure.I have just replaced my t
-5 with a tko 600 and i love it....trust me on this one.

I have a tko 600 in a 2002 GT and have shifting difficulties between gears. It wants to stick in neutral between gears when trying to shift. Any Suggestions?

I think 500 trq is very possible with what you are planning and I would go with the TKO otherwise I believe you will be end up doing it later when the t-5 give blows up prematurely.

As for the tko sticking is it new? And have you ruled out cluch cable and cluch fork problems?
