If you just want to lower your car to drive on the street, for looks mainly go with sport style springs. I have Saleen Racecraft progressive
rates on mine, but most whould not like the harshness in ride on the street. But if looking down the road towards a serious corner carver, you'll need the more aggressive springs as a foundation.
I don't have any complaints about my BBK's they do a good 2" drop. A little on the soft side for what I do though
