Default 94 GT understeer

How do I correct understeer on track without spending a ton of money I do not have. Play with tire pressure? Tires were new Kumho 711, 255/40/17, running 28 psi front, 26 rear (cold).

Am replacing stock suspension with Eibach springs and KYB AGX shock/strut. Will this help? Better, cheaper alternative's? Thanks

You're front roll center is currently just above ground level, while the rear is 11-12 above ground.

Honestly, I think your cheapest solution is what you questioned, IMHO. Do you run those psi's on the street? It sounds kind of low for the street and too low for the track. I would normally run fronts @ 35-40, rears 30-35 psi, depending on the day and surface, with a 5-8 lb. bias to the front to control the understeer. The 711 is a great tire, but I wonder if they are rolling over slightly at those pressures. Are you running 17x8's all around? While this is what I ran in a 66 FB, the theory should apply to any vehicle. Your optimum psi and stagger may be different. When my 66 was down, I would run my FWD daily driver w/10-12 psi more in the front. Try testing w/32F-30R and after a few laps, add 2-3 psi to the front to dial out the u/s. BTW, you're lucky to be able to run a 3 different tracks, especially Road America. It looks like and sounds like a great track. Good luck.
