I have some small deep scratches in my 95 Vibrant Red GT. Those rubbing compounds won't work since the scratches are past the paint, so I'll need to sand these down and repaint them.

But, I need some matching touch-up paint.

I know that since its a 95, the Vibrant Red from Ford will not match at all. I've heard that some shops send your gas cap door off to a paint mixer, and they can match a color almost exactly. Does anyone know if shops like these exist where I could get some almost exactly matched paint from? I'm willing to pay a little (but not enough to bring it into a shop).

Another option, would be if someone could guide me through blending the Vibrant Red with other colors to match the fade. I have no idea where to start.
