okay so i'm leaving thursday and driving down to southern georgia to see my girlfriend and for those of u who don't know since it's getting warmer outside (at least in middle georgia it is) the bugs are going to be horrible on the interstate...i'm leaving in the morning so hopefully they won't be so bad...but i just put BRAND new headlights and corners on my car and don't want to start off by having bugs and scrapes from rocks on it...I know i sound like a woosy but i love my paint job and headlights...so I'm wanting to tape off the whole front bumber and headlights and corners...can I just use 3M painters tape??? Thanks guys!

I WAS TOLD THEY SOLD SOME KIND OF PRIMER LIKE PAINT THAT COMES RIGHT OFF WITH SOAP TO PUT ON THE BUMPER AND PART OF THE HOOD, JUST WHERE THE ROCKS HIT, NOT SHURE BUT THATS WHAT MY FRIEND TOLD ME. I THINK THEY SELL THAT AT WAL-MART IN THE VEHICLE ACCESORIES DEPT., WELL I HOPE THIS HELPS, LUCK ON YOUR TRIP.

dang that's crazy...i'v never heard of that...did he have any luck or did he hear this from someone? I would try it if i get good feedback on it..i wouldn't want it to mess up the paint!! thanks for the idea bro!
