Default car in garage or outside w/cover

I don't really want to spend $150 a month for car storage so would a very good car cover be just as good. I mean for rain and other outside elements. Also whats a good car cover? Thanks

It would be ideal to keep anything indoors if it is possible. But if you have to store it outside make sure you get a very good high quailty cover. Specifically ask if it is for the outdoors and harsh elements, evolution 4 is what I have and it worked great. But now I have a garage and it is collecting dust. (the cover)
