Question about stripe colors

I'm getting a mineral grey '05 gt. What stripes would look better, Black or white? atm i kinda like the Eleanor look but some suggestions would help

hmm perhaps.. would black vinyls look sort of cheap and dull?

I am sure someone can help you that is more familiar and possibly in the business... but as far as I know, there are a few types of finishes for vinyl stripes... Matte, Gloss, etc.

I have gloss white and they are anything BUT dull. They look great, in my opinion... Because the orig. installer messed up a spot on the lower back bumper - We're having another guy fix it this spring... Just make sure whoever installed, you've seen their work and is trusted to make good if they mess up!

Dark, Smoke Silver with black outlined stripes would be cool.

yeah i think im gunna go with some glossy black 11 inchers.. any suggestions on where to purchase? There arent many, if any vinyl shops around me so should i just go to where the cops go to get their vinyls on?

I don't care for the vinyl stripes. Had them on first hated everything about them. Had them removed and painted on. Best decision I ever made! Even if you have to save up, it's worth it! You'll love the way they look!

I also like the painted stripes. But I have seen some nice vinyl stripes not sure how long they would last though.

I've heard of vinyl lasting 8 years or more... It depends on how well you take care of your ride, too - I suppose... I hope I don't have to worry about painting them for many years... and by the time I do - I'll probably have a new one... lol
