i was just wondering if anyone has fiberglassed a subwoofer into there spare tire well, send me some pics, and how difficult or easy was it?

I made a box for a friend. Too bad I didn't take any pics though. It was cheap to build we used a 15" speaker box and put that in the wheel well. We angled it towards the cabin. In all it looks awsome. We then grabed some vinyl from the store and gave it that custom look after cutting the plywood to go around the remainder of the exposed box. I will take a pic and post it later so you can have a look. It cost us around $40.00 doing all the work ourselves. We got the box for $10.00 on craigslist. If you look at my pics I also customized the back of mine taking out the rear seat then putting in two x-plod 10" subs. I then put another in the trunk cause I didn't like the way it sounded having all that bass in my ear.

thats a good idea. cheap and effective. I wonder if too much bass would affect the wiring for my convert top..
