Default Body shop question

Ok people most of you know that I own a 88 GT that is in original condition (body wise) and has the original paint that is really showing it's age. My first question of many to come, 'cause im no bodyman but will try anything once,is: what color code if any is the underside grey paint. I would like to duplicate this color if I can to keep it original and new looking. Also I need to sandblast a few small areas of rust that has originated here and there. Should I be using a specific grade of sand and what are the steps to achieve a nice finished look for repainting.
I won't be starting this project untill the spring so I thought that I will gather information now and use it later.
Frank..

Sorry I don't have the paint code of the undercoating, try calling your local Ford dealership and ask. The worst they could do is not give it to you. Also try some of the bodyshops or suppliers for the bodyshops. Good luck.

Not sure if doing the sandblasting your self is a good idea. You have to get all the equipment, just might be easier and cheaper to have a pro take care of that little part of the job. If you are not going to be doing anymore cars after this one, then the expense of getting what you need would not out weigh the cost of a pro.
