I only found one style of bumper for your '86: it's a "colt" style bumper, available by Extreme Dimensions:

Car and truck body kits & parts for mx3, s10, SUV, civic, neon, focus, etc.) I found it on other sites, but still the same style.
As far as spoilers, they can be pretty universal. You only need to make sure the pedestals will fit on your trunk. Keep in mind weight (spoiler makes trunk harder to lift open) and clearance when your trunk is open (make sure spoiler doesn't hit back window). Other than that, just be careful on the install and plan out where you will drill the holes through your trunk so that you don't hit anything vital (electrical wires, framework, etc). For starters, latemodelrestoration.com has some wings for ya.
