Default Any Idea What This Could Be?

i dont know what it is or what causes it but there are these rust-looking spots that are on my car. it seems that they can only come off by scratching them off with my fingernails. could someone tell me what they are and how to get rid of them.

i was getting funny spots from where i was parking near a exaust vent in a bldg at work. i dont park there any more. need to figure out where and when you are getting your spots. now i`m gettting tiny bumps every day on my car from parking under big oak trees. they wash off, so i wash my car allmost every day

Did it just start? I hear there is a the love bug season, I think that is what they are called, and when they go splat they leave marks like that, which is also bad for your paint because their body fluids are more acidic than most bugs.

Are they yellow in color. if so these may just be road paint yellow stripes. That you see on ever road, street, highway. these seem to jump all over mustang, never had a problem with any other car.

I get tiny rust colored spots on my car too - if I leave it uncovered... I just always thought they were bird or bug junk...

I started having the same issues till I descovered that it was early morning dew here. Maybe it is something else there, but these things are HARD to get off. I just started to take a car cover with me and cover it up at work, when I can't store it inside.

they have always been there and it is really irritating cuz my pony is windveil blue and i can see them easier. so i guess i will just have to get a car cover so it wont happen again cuz it is hard to get off. but i have heard that a cleaning wax will take it off though
