Default Tan Convertible Top

I absolutely love my 07 Vert. Had her three months now and can't believe I got one. BUT, the tan top is going to kill me. I am a nut to keep a car clean. I can see I am going to have some stains and a hard time keeping it clean. What can I use for a stain remover, then a cleaner, and a sealer. I would like to get it under control right away.

Default Tsb

On another note. I found TSB 06-19-5 that states some convertible tops could develop a wear or hole near the 4th bow. The action is to replace the top. Has anyone actually had this done? Mine does have a wear spot on it in that area. I was wanting some info from others before I went back to the dealer and discussed it with them.
