 2.3 Cobra Turbo Restoration questions....
Hello. I am Ed. I am an owner of a 1980 Cobra 2.3 Liter Turbo Ford Mustang. It has the 4 speed-manual and the hatchback. It has well over 154,000 miles on it and it has not started in the past 5 years. I was looking to put a 5.0 in it and build a custom Turbo, but i want to keep this 2.3 Cobra engine as i was told that they are becoming a collector's item. I was also planning on adding Fuel Injection. Is that possible? Do any of you know where i could get information on restoring the engine, turbo, transmission etc.? Are 2.3 liter Turbo Mustang parts hard to come by? Thank you for your time.
