Question Windshield Tint Recommendations

I am tinting my 2000 GT this week and want to know what I should do with the w/s. I am going 20% all around, but I just want enough on the w/s to kill the glare and bright HIDs. I am thinking somewhere b/t 75% and 50%.

I would go with 50%, no darker. It's enough to take off the glare but not really noticeable enough to get a ticket or cause driving problems.

Every time I put that stuff on I always get a ticket. So I just leave it off now. Out here in Calif it is illegal. Just like everything else.

front windshield is 100% illegal to have any tint applied on.

the only thing allowed to be put on the front windshield is a strip at the top of the windshield and inspection stickers.

I would think that if the tint is light enough the cop's won't bother you but I could be wrong.

The cops are not dumb they can recognize a car that has it versus one that does not. Especially if the side windows are tinted.
