2004 Mustang should I get white vinyl or stainless steal bumper lettering?
I have a dark red (almost maroon colored) 2004 Mustang. I am going to put white racing stripes and white rocker stripes on it. I can't decide whether to get Stainless steal insert bumper lettering (with mirrior like finish), or white vinyl insert bumper lettering. The stainless steal letters look better without the stripes, but with the stripes the matching white vinyl may look better... I can't decide. Your opinions would be much appreciated! Thanks! oh, and another consideration is the better quality stainless steal would be.

God bless all!
I heard the vinyl letters have a tendency to rip, so you need to be careful when putting them on. The white ones would look better with the white stripes though.
I'm thinking of getting some stainless steel letters for my dark blue '02 GT.
'05 Sonic Blue GT w/ '07 V8 engine, 5-sp, IUP, Beige leather interior, nothing else -
just the way I wanted it. (1 of 113)
OK, so I've added a few things to it. Check my Profile - too many to list here.
I think that the stainless steel inserts would look great on dark blue!
So if I go with the white lettering, what is your opinion on white lettering that would reflect light at night compared to just plain white lettering? Thanks again for the input and help!

I just recently bought my GT, so I haven't really looked around many websites for different prices, but I think the American Muscle website has pretty good prices and the shipping is free. I'm new to the forums here, but I heard there was someone that works for American Muscle and that you can send him a message to get a promotional code for a discount.
Hopefully I get the Stainless Steel inserts for Christmas (and the mach1 chin spoiler!!!)
American Muscle is the best website I have found so far, and actually those are the exact same two products I was looking at. Now I just can't decide if plain white or reflective white would look better...

Yeah the pictures are kinda hard to tell how good the white reflective ones are. I would go with the plain white ones if your stripes are going to be plain white. But maybe try the reflective ones if the stripes have a slight shine to them. Just be careful when putting them on.

I have that vinyl lettering on mine and have had the same set for 6 years and it is perfect. No problems at all.
