So , are these serious problems ?

Nope, shouldn't be a problem. Mine looks like that as well. It's just because Ford didn't do any painting of the underbody. Its ugly, but its not harmful...

I think that car looks pretty damn clean underneath

Yeah you are fine. You should have seen my 99 tacoma...there were holes in parts of the frame rails, but Toyota bought it back at 1.5 times the value in excellent condition and i got an 04 Tacoma prerunner with less than half the miles about 2 months ago. Your car is pretty clean under there.
