Default Convertible - Condensation interior

Unfortunately, I have to store my '83 GLX convertible outside this winter. I got a car cover and covered it up about a month ago. Today I went out to start it up and found all the metal ribs and hardware on the inside of the top covered in condensation. I wiped it all off, but noticed some had dripped onto the seats, so this had been going on for at least a little while. Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening; winter's just getting started, and I'm worried about what affect this will have on other things in the interior. Thanks
