Default removing racing stripes

hi everybody.

i just got a used mustang 06. Really great price for the car.

Now heres the catch.

The Stripes are really worn out. it used to be 6 inch chrome racing stripes.

Now the chrome's r wearing off and becoming white.

I want to get rid of these stripes. and i used the hair dryer method and its taking forever to take these off. i only get little pieces off.

I kno theres another way.... but wat?

also how much would it be for a body shop to do this job??

Thanks

Use a heat gun instead, Body shop would charge major Dollars

The heat gun should do it. The hair dryer does not put out the heat that a heat gun will. Be careful not to burn the paint though.

Never heard that one. I think the heat gun would be your best bet. Those stickers have a ton of glue on them.
