Default Removing old bumper stickers

What is the best way to remove an old parking sticker from my bumper. The paint's not in great shape but I don't want to use anything thats going to harm it. The sticker looks like it's been baked on for years. Any advice is appreciated.

peel off as much as you can and laquer thinner or sem solve should take off the glue with a little scrubbing. i know its on paint but if youre careful enough and dont use too much you can get away with using either. i suggest using a cloth rag as opposed to paper towel and just pour a little bit of whichever you decide to use on the rag and let it soak in for a second but not completely dry up, this well help you from using too much.

Use a heat gun or hairdryer on a low setting to soften the adhesive.

Peel off the sticker with your fingers and a PLASTIC paint scraper (if needed), using caution.

Use Goof-off (safe on paint!) and a cotton or microfiber towel to remove the residue. It will take a while, but patience and lots of Goof-off should do it!

I've used this method to remove old decals/stickers, VHB, and dealership stickers. Works every time!
