Aftermarket tailights and headlights are never sealed as well as the factory lights and are very well known for getting moisture in them, you can fix this pretty easily, go to Autozone or another auto shop of that kind and pick up some RTV silicone sealant. then take the aftermarket lights and if they have no moisture in them at the time then just follow over the seals with a good bead of that sealant and your set, if theres already moisture in them then get a wet piece of cardboard and set the lights on it and put it in the oven for 6 or 7 mins at around 315 degrees F....the purpose of this is to get the moisture out but if your not comfortable with that then you can just leave them out in the sun but it will take much longer...after the moisture has gone away take them out (be careful they'll be hot) and go over the seals with the RTV sealant and apply pressure for a min or two, then you should be set if you do it right...good thing is if you mess up and they still fog just repeat the same steps untill they are good
