hey guys my girl friend spilled a 32 or 44 oz coke on my leather seat.. i got most of it with a towel.. she soaked up a good bit too.. so i was wondering other that using the leather cleaner to clean the leather what else should i do or need to do? thanks yall

Ha mine did the same when we went to the beach one day. I have to admit it was pretty funny, but I have cloth seats and the smell of root beer stuck with me for quite a bit

I would imagine 40oz of soda got past the seat down to the carpet. If it is Diet soda, not that big of a deal (no Sugar, no sticky). Regular soda gets sticky and nasty. Club soda the carpet and keep soaking the carpet to dialute it, then repeat.

clean seats with mild soap and water every other day until you think it is all gone, then use a leather cleaner then a conditioner.
also check carpet under the seat area and under side of seat must get cleaned or will smell . Clean carpet with hot water extraction
