Stripes or not?

I have a gold 2000 gt. i was thinking about getting black stripes down the middle. What do you think?

I ran across a guy who cut me a set of stripes more old school style. 4" inbetween then 1/4" then 10" then 1/4". They came out really nice but I think that my ride looked smoother without them, hence they may be removed come spring time. The bonus is you can remove them and you gave your car a new look again.

lol seems like everybody likes the clean look. Thats cool. Well, i was also thinking about getting a custom paintjob. i wanted it two tone, black on the bottom, and like a purple on top. I got an estimate of 2400. is this good?

I like the striped look but it depends on body style. Yours IMO looks better clean!

True. On the S-197's I do like the stripes. But on your model I like it clean.

I like sleeper05's stripes!!! I am looking at doing some on my 94 GT like the hoods on the 2000 Spring Edition.
