Does this stuff truly work, do I need special preparation? ( I assume I can't just brush it on)
There are minor chips in the front of the hood, very shallow scratches in the rear(girl leaned up against the car and slipped) and one big oval outline of chips behind my driver side door when my car was egged a few years back, never could pin it on the person that did it.

I don't think the paint could truly FIX the egg'd area, but would it cover up the tiny chips and shallow scratch marks?

I have used it on the wifes Expedition before and it works great. I just make to to take the wax off those areas in which I will be touching up.
