Default removing oxidation from aluminum parts

Does anyone have any good techniques for removing the oxidation from the aluminum parts under the hood. I am not trying to make them shine. I just want the aluminum parts to look neat and clean. Thanks!!

try some neverdull.

its in a aluminum brushed car its a cotton like substance.

bout $5 a can

I tried the Mothers and the Powerball thing and it didnt work for me.

Vinegar will also neutralize the oxidation. That's an old trick from the boating world.
