Default Valve covers & powdercoat question

OK Guys I have a question now remember I am a Broad, I took the Valve Covers off and put on a cheap set till I get originals Blasted and Powder Coated same color as my Stang. Do I need to take all the bolts and filler tube, etc. off before I do this. Not sure if the place will remove things but they specialize in Mustangs so might. I just don't want to look to dumb when I take them next week. Also should I get new gaskets the ones I took off are not damaged at all. Sorry for the long questioning. Appreciate any help!!!

The powdercoater will advice you what you need to do.....

it the parts in question can withstand 400* heat then it will be fine to leave it in place.....

also if the gaskets are not damage they will be fine to re-use

When I had mine done, I took everything off. The hardest things to get off were the plugs for the cam sensors, which I was able to get out by starting with a screw driver, then pushing them through the rest of the way from the other side.
You can re-use the gaskets, but at $15 it's worth just getting new ones. Don't forget you'll need to use sealant where the gasket crosses the joint between the heads and the front timing cover.
I'm posting a couple of cuts from a shop manual that came in handy when I did my car.

OK, so I've added a few things to it. Check my Profile - too many to list here.
