Lot's of guys at SVT Performance were singing the praises of Collinite 845, I guess it's used by many well known detailers, I gave it a try and have to agree it's pretty fricken amazing... Here's a reflection of my neighbors driveway in the rear quarter panel at sunset!! Not to shabby for a 99 Cobra in Florida with the ZR white paint code!
Only 13.25? Wow that is pretty cheap. Thought it was gunna be like 50 bucks. How did you buff it out and what did u use? Was it really hard to buff out?

Here's my feelings about it,the stuff gets pretty liquidy in the bottle if you let it sit in the heat, what I've been doing is putting it in the freezer for a minute every 15 minutes or so and it thickens up quickly. It's hard to tell your covering the paint, you have to eye it at a certain angle to see where its going, it does go on like smooth butter which is NICE! It's highly lubricated!
The coverage is Very good, the bottle only has a little off the top and most of the car is done. OK now for removal, I wouldn't call it a breeze easy it dries pretty hard (which is Good it puts a nice shell on top of the clearcoat) BUT in no way is it a PITA although compared to other liquids I've used it takes a just a bit more elbow grease to buff it out.. BUT IT'S WORTH IT, Very nice even shine and from what other guys say very durable unlike most I've used, I'm curious how it's gonna hold up to Florida in Aug!
I applied it by hand with a wax pad and removed it first with a cotton t shirt then a final buffing with a micro fiber towel!
Yea I live in jax florida and it has been raining like everyday at 4pm. So I actually waxed my car with some meguiars liquid wax and it was easy to apply and came off. Kinda shined but not really that well. But I tell you what, it beads the hell out of the water. It rains at 4pm and I get outta work at 10pm and the car still has so much water on it as if it rained 5 mins ago hahah. I will look into this stuff. good info

looks like a nice alternative to collinites paste wax... they have an entire how to to apply that and it involves use of a putty knife.. did you clay bar before using it?
Think I'm gonna give it a shot, been using meguiar's tech wax, stuff works real good, but curious to see if this stuff is better.

That hunk of junk? Yeah, well I've made a few special modifications to that yellow 99 Gt, it makes the Kessel run in 12 parsecs and eats turbo japs and poops chevy's
Meguiars was Decent for me for about 2 weeks then it felt rough and crappy again, Definitely NOT a lasting protection in sunny Florida, I'm using the spare bottle in my garage to do the door jambs, wheel wells, shock towers etc.. I won't let it go to waste BUT it isn't seeing the rest of the car anymore!
It's rained 3 straight nights when the car has been in my resturant parking lot, by the time I drive home the roads have dried and ALL I have to do is wipe the front bumper, rear trunk lid, spoiler, and bumper with a chamaios, the rest of the car is completely dry and the beads are oreo size
racin366 pick a bottle up at the link I gave and give it a shot, you'll be thanking me!
