NO Need to clay and if your car is garaged you can go a hell of a lot longer than 6 months before you do it, Claying is only necessary when there's Lots of oxidation and pitting in the clear coat, you got a 2010 man, your good.
Wash her (I like the Armor All, never any waterspots)then apply a nice coat of Collinite 845 Wax and you'll be GOOD!
I have one of those Turtle Wax ICE washing-up kits. It makes the paint on my 1997 Stang look brand new, but the wax is a pain in the ass to even out... Great looking in the end, however.
I'll just wash I guess. I do have this Meguiar's quick detailer that I'm anxious to try. In the meantime, I told my wife that I'll clay her camry -- she's really excited but I just want to practice on it
Congratulations!! Like Brutal Metal said - Your car probably only needs a good wash and a few layers of wax... And we're talking real wax, not instant detailer... instant detailer is good touch up inbetween washings.

Wash, wax. If you have a couple of little specs of whatever (dirt, dead bugs, etc.) that won't come off with a sponge you can usually clay them off.
I use instant detailer all the time between washings. I had bee using the Meguiars instant detailer (red bottle) for years on differenent cars with good results. I just recently tried the Meguiars Ultimate detailer (black bottle) and I like it better. Leaves a nice shine and after the polymers cure (Meguiars says this takes about 12 hours) the car is smooth as glass.

Yeah you can clay them off if you like. I see your car is a 2008 if you have never used clay bar why not just do the whole thing? If you do just remember that when you clay the car it strips every bit of wax you have on it. So you will have to polish it and then wax her for a great shine. And instant detailer is great to use for in between washes.

Even though it's on '08 I bought it new 3 months ago. So far I've just been using the clay for spot touchups after washing and before waxing. Maybe in the Fall I'll clay the whole thing but at this point the finish is still pretty smooth overall.

Claying will clean off surface contaminants and make your paint feel as smooth as glass. Even a brand new car may have rail dust or other contaminants on the paint or slightly embedded in the paint. If you put a plastic bag (sandwich type) on your hand and rub the paint lightly, you can feel the bag catch if there are any contaminants. If so, you should use a clay bar.
Most over the counter clays (Megs, Mother's, and Clay Magic kits) will remove any wax or sealant, so be sure to wax or seal the paint. You may also need to use polish or paint cleaner before you wax...

Your going to love the Meguires quick detailer, I use that stuff all the time for quick touch ups and its amazing. Great shine and protection for something you just spray on and rub off.

I'm going to disagree with most of the posts here and say I would definitely clay bar a new car. It is very well known that all kinds of contaminants get on the paint in between the factory and your garage.
For swirl remover, if the goobers at the dealership washed it, then you have swirls. Of course it's up to you if you want to remove them. How does it look in direct sunlight? Some "spiderweb" looking marks present? If so a light polish will probably do the trick.
Then finish with wax and use a spray wax after every other wash, like Duragloss Aquawax to boost the longevity of the wax. You'll be amazed.
Do some reading on autopia.org, it will change your life (at least how you maintain your cars ).
