Default ClayBars and sealant

A few questions about claying your mustang.Does using a claybar strip off your paint sealant? I thought that it only took off impurities and other stuff that's in your sealant and not the sealant itself. All info will be appreciated.

+1, takes off wax and other crap that is sitting on your car. Wash, claybar, then wax and your good to go.

You will love what claybar does for your paint. If you have never used it you will be shocked on what is take off the paint.

Two questions: first, what is the correct sequence when using a claybar - wash, clay, seal, then wax? Or wash, clay, wax, then seal? I would think that you would want to seal the paint then wax with a good carnuba product.

Secondly, I hear that rail dust gets all over new cars being shipped out. Is clay barring a new 2010 car overkill to remove this dust? Could it damage an untreated clearcoat?
