I wonder what this part is called, and where I can get it.

It's the black cover that extends the look of the rear quarter side window. It looks great.

It can be any 99 to 04 mustang, their body are the same. it looks to me that the rear side windows are actually a custom roof that only saleen has. but I believe that I have seen some cover parts that will make almost the same look.
