Does anyone know what grit sandpaper would be good to sand down the side emblems and pony? I want them to stay really smooth. I'll be practicing on some spare stuff before actually doing anything, but I'd like some input on ideas of how to achieve a nice smooth spray paint job. I was also jw if i instead of using the black base coat, used a blue base coat, would I have more of a blue array of colors? Thanks, i know theres a lot of questions, but i just want to see what some of the pro's have to say. Thanks.

yeah i havn't had time to do much research yet school work and more work has been crazy, but as soon as i get a chance imma try some different pads on some broken emblems i have around and see what grit imma need to smooth it out, i'm assuming i have to basically sand the emblem until it looses its shine and just becomes plain smooth.

Maybe yo can call a paint shop and they would be willing to give you some information.

Yeah, when i go buy the paint i do plan on asking the dude who owns the paint store about it, he has a of experience with spray painting plastics, so hopefully he can point me in the right direction.
