Just wanted to know if anybody has ever found anything to clean the stock 07 gt valve covers? I have tried the hot rims, billet polish, chrome polish, and even some of the cloth aluminum cleaner and I get the fairly clean but not as clean as I would like it. Any suggestions ?

There's not much you can do with those short of cutting them down and polishing them, because they are so rough. There are better aftermarket options unless you've got a lot of time on your hands.
