Unhappy anyone have a time machine?

Hey all well I guess maybe im just looking for some simpathy but I just crashed my beloved crome yellow 94 gt I was driving the other night out here in weston CT and it was raining so freakin hard and as I came around a corner I hydroplaned and slid around swaped ends and slid sideways into a tree Im not sure how bad the damage realy is I dont remember a whole lot about the accident but I went and looked at the body shop and it doesnt look all that bad to me I hit the tree right on the spot where the door hinges are the drivers sied door is banged up and the front left quarter panel is dented pretty good and of course the mirror and the windshield is busted the body is still straight and the car runs fine (or so ive been told) but the body shop they towed it to gave me an estimate of almost 9000.00$ this seems realy steep Ill try to get some pix out here but maybe one of you body guys could give me some advice I realy love this car and would hate to give it up! but 9 grand is too much I wonder how much I could do myself ext. let me know thanx

Hey im sorry to hear that, many of us here are in the Mustang Crashing Club. Sucks man, i got in a accident on the 3rd of July. So i know how bad it sucks. Hope you get it fixed properly, or get enough money towards a new one.
