What does everyone use to clean your engine, and what do you use for detailing the engine bay.

i spray with simple green,a light mist of water to rinse,then finish by spraying the whole engine bay with black magic tire foam.the process works better if the engine is still warm.

foaming engine cleaner # gunk feb1 , just dont spray into the alt,and fuse box. try to keep from blasting water in those area's.
and you can do with the engine a little warm,but dont do it when its fully hot!! and i heard it wasnt good to spray tire foam,or other armorall tire shine stuff on engine stuff. i dont remember where i heard that!? i use a engine dressing for that,its not a dust catcher like the other products.gives the engine bay the new car look,not the real glossy look.

would touch armour all(i mean harmour all) it drys out anything made of rubber the tire foam does not and yes stay away from alt and fuse box
