I intend to strip the shell back to bare metal inside and out any opinions or experiances with any of these methods

Bead and sand blasting will leave a rough finish, you could do the interior this way, but the exterior body panels are better done with chemicals and sanding (by hand or rotary tool).

Beading and sand blast work the best on engine, suspension and some aluminum parts (trannys, brackets, etc).
