Well $1300.00 seems possible. That area your talking about can easily be pulled and straightened out. Mine was. Now depending on your damage , and how many hours to fix it.It could certainly add up. The windshield installed is less than $300. The black plastic cover (Louvered)for the wiper arms are available via the after market,I think through Latemodel Restoration Supply. I think mine at the time 1990 or 1991, new from Ford was $150.00. The area is part of the structure of the fire wall and is not removed. A used steel stock hood cost me about $250.00. I paid that much for mine in 1990. Keep in mind it was completely rust free, but a different colour. These hoods are now usually pitted with rust. So any prep work and paint colour change cost$$$.The thing is to get it straightened and fixed properly. OR Pin the hood down and live with it till you get more cash. and fix it a bit at a time. If you go that route , make sure the hood doesn't bind on the fenders when you open/close it .
