Well, when I was washing my car I noticed the paint is now peeling off my hood. I took it to the Ford Dealer in Mobile, Al while I'm there visiting the family left behind to sell the house. The body shop says there is nothing they can do because every warranty claim has to go through the field rep. This field rep is the same guy who has denied all claims in Alabama regarding my car. So I guess I get to go to the one in Charleston regarding this and see if I will still have the same answer toward my hood.

I only have 30k miles on my car so it should still be covered.

WOW...what a difference 640 miles make. I just got back from Jones Ford here in Charleston and without a blink of an eye they are going to repaint the hood and front bumper where it has been spidering. What takes the cake is they are going to give me a loaner car for 3 days.

These are some of the nicest people here at this Ford dealer. All I ever ask is for them to be honest with me and I'll be honest with them. So far this has turned out to be a great dealer customer relationship from parts department right through the service and body shop. I now know where I will get my expedition serviced when my wife moves here. I feel they have won us over as a customers.
