Goo gonne will work for removing the glue, no problem.
Twister is nuts, he uses the razor blade to remove his tatoos
Yep that or fishing line and leather gloves so you don't cut your fingers to heck. Slide it under and pull back and forth like a saw motion to cut through the adhesive. After I got the emblem of I was able to remove most of the adhesive with my fingers then finish off with goo gone or mineral spirts like GTRaptor indicated.
Ops, and remember there is a pin that goes into the body so circle around it.

Goo bee gone will work. remember the fender GT's have a post that extends inside the fender. that's why i had to install the ponies on the fenders. The trunk GT is just a stick on emblem and will come off just fine.
Use the dental floss as GTRaptor says. its the easiest and safest way to remove them without scratching the paint.
You may experience a paint shade different under the GT badging because the paint hasn't seen the sun and all its bleaching effects.
Not positive, but would heating up the emblems help pull most of the adhesive off? this was something that I DIDN'T think of before I pulled the emblems off of mine, but worked great for the clean up.
well i used the fishing line way, and it worked fine...i must say i love the new look on my stang...they are simple but look awesome. i switched out the GT s for 4.6 badges...i like em...thanks for the help guys..
In the past, I've pried up one corner with a mini screwdriver, just enough to get my fingernail under it. I was then able to pry it off.
For the glue, I just use paint thinner on a rag. Just wipe gently, you'll begin to see it disappear. Follow that up with some wax, and you'll never notice that an emblem was there.
