Unhappy Cowl Damage!! Is there a way to fix it??

Awhile back, i explained about an accident i had with my mustang, in which the hood flew up and practically destroyed half my car, haha.. well, its not funny. Cause its probably going to cost me alot.

Anyway... in the pic, where the yellow arrows are, is where the damage is.
Its just the metal cowl area at either side of the plastic cowl vent just below the middle of the windshield.
Is this fixable?? There is paint damage aswell, but the main thing that bothers me is the huge dents that are in either side from the hood flying up. The hood, is a write off... but i hope to be able to pay for less painting if i can.

Thanks.

A body shop can fix it . I dont think it's something you could do in your driveway or garage , unless you know body work .
