Some people will probably tell you to use 3M double sided tape. But usually summer heat will take care of that stuff...and a hood scoop is not something you want flying off.

I had side scoops on my car and they were adhered w/ some kind of urethane the body shop used...and I still managed to have one fly...after about 2 years though...daily driven.

My rocker panels have been treated w/ the same urethane because good ole 3M tape kept coming off.

GtRaptor added a hood scoop to his car..you might want to hit him up.

ITS DONE!! this is how i did it, I took all the bolts off the scoop and laid it on the hood so the black honeycomb front fit perfectly into the reccessed area in the hood. I then used white out and marked various areas around the scoop. after a little drying time i took the scoop and put the bolts back on it, went back and lined it up. now the bolts are suspending the scoop about an inch off the hood so i took the white out again and went around the bolts,( carefull not to move the scoop) and let that dry about five minutes I then picked the scoop up and had no white out where the bolts were so i knew exactly where to drill. took about 15 min alltogether.check out the pic!
