Talking Just detailed my 93 GT vert!

Just detailed with Meg's clay bar, 3M rubbing compound, meg's #7 show car glaze, and Meg's NXT wax. Used Castrol Super Clean diluted for engine, wheels, and top. Then 303 protectant on the top, mothers back to black on trim.

Thanks ptchau, I started at noon and finished around 7. I did it by hand. I used 1 application of3M rubbing compound in some spots 2, like the trunk lid, just depended on what it looked like after I used it. 1 coat of #7 would have liked more but was short on time doing it by hand, and 1 coat of meg's nxt. If I had a PC I would have done more coats of #7 and I would have added DACP or #9 before #7. All in all I think it came out great. Could have added more coats of polish though. I really just wanted to get the oxidation off the back of the car. Get a lil shine and then protect it. When the nxt wax starts to go away I'll be adding more coats of polish. My car hadn't been waxed in like 5 months bc I had some body work so I just decided not to do anything. What a mistake. The single stage oxidized very fast unprotected.
