Convertible Top and window adjustments on a 2001?

Hi guys, noobie here........

I have a 2001 convertible and the top doesn't fit correctly with the door glass. Are there any write ups about adjusting this stuff?

Is your car still covered under warranty? My 02 had the same problem and the dealer replaced the top for free.

No its not under warranty any more

Anyone have any ideas?
