Default Need help on how to cover holes on trunk

What's up guy's, I just bought a 281 Saleen rear spoiler"wing" i think it is from a 2000 model.Well the problem is that i have a 2002 gt with the O.E wing when i unbolt it, it leaves four holes that i need to cover up because the mounting bolts on the Saleen wing don't match. My question is how and with what do i cover the holes on the trunk?

Take it to a paint/body shop, it is not easy to cover those at home.
Mine were covered by soldering a very small piece of sheetmetal, it is 100% invisible.
Your other choice is TRADING your trunk with someone that has a V6 of the same color and no spoiler, many v6 owners will be more than happy to trade
