All you need to do is cut the paint finish enough to allow a re-coating. Sanding isn't necessary here (different for the outside). You won't be LOL if you forget to be extremely careful not to get your laquer thinner on the outside skin of the doors......and please don't forget about adequate ventilation. Lost brain cells don't help the enjoyment factor after the job is done.
I concur, too many colors detract from the overall appearance. I'd vote for the turquiose, but I lub OEM and stocker looks, specially on the classics. 'Cides, its winter; what else have you got to do but paint ALL of the interior?
